missing you...

Holy crap I miss my babies soooooo much! I have had a very nice break, but I'm ready for it to be over! I want my babies home! I want to squeeze, kiss, play, talk, hug, listen, cuddle, and love them. One week from today I will be picking them up and taking them home with me! 

I talked to them on webcam tonight for a few minutes and it was so special to see their faces light up when they saw me. Jaden was talking about Disneyland and how excited he is to go there. Their grandparents took them to the newly remodeled airport today in San Jose and they got to see a lot of planes. I can't wait to hear all of their stories. Jaden is going to be talking about it forever. They both told me they loved me a few times and blew me kisses. I love them so much!!!

 

Fill in the Blank Friday (on Saturday)

1.  If I could choose my last meal it would be  Chicken Kiev from Five All's and their yummy rolls and little onion breadsticks.

 

2.  My favorite person to share a meal with is Jamie, my mom and Megan because, Jamie - because I love him; my mom and Megan - because we sit there and go "mmm" the whole time and talk about how amazing the food is and giggle. :)

3.  The best meal I've ever had was Five All's for sure!

4.  The one food that makes me feel instantly better when I'm having a bad day is pizza!!!

5.  My absolute specialty in the kitchen is Jamie thinks my lasagna is good and apple juice chicken.

6.  The city that has the best food is  New York  and my favorite restaurant there is I don't remember what its called but it was a pizza place and it was gourmet, delicious and amazing!!!

7.  My favorite healthy snack is edamame.

8.  In my opinion the nationality which has the best food is  Italian for the win! 

9.  If I could learn to cook anything in the world (and be really good at it!) I'd choose chicken kiev from Five All's.

10.  The most outrageous dessert I've ever had was I'm not big on desserts, but once a year cheesecake with strawberries on top is delectable!

I am a lucky girl to have a great boyfriend and great friends. Jamie has introduced me to so many great people and I am very grateful for that. Always good times whenever we all get together. Last weekend we went to Circle Lounge and had a great time dancing, chatting, and being silly.

"Backstreet's back alright!"

What a great time Megan and I had at the Backstreet Boys concert last night! The boys came out looking as hot as ever and started off with the song Everybody (Backstreet's Back). We were screaming, dancing, jumping up and down, and singing our hearts out. They sang all of their classics and some of the new ones. I am so glad that we got to go have a great time! I felt like a teenager again! :) I ♥ BSB!

 

Thankful Thursday

I am thankful that the Lakers won tonight!!!! FIVE for Kobe! Woohoo! This was a tough series, but we did it! Go Lakers!!!

Thankful Thursday

I'm thankful that since March of this year I have lost 25 pounds! Hard work pays off and I'm so grateful that I have learned better eating habits and mastered working out.

I'm thankful for my mom. I say this every single time, but I really am thankful for her and would not be who I am without her. 

I'm thankful for my happy, sweet, adorable children. I love and miss them like crazy, but I am so grateful that they have a nice, safe place in California to see Daddy.

I'm thankful that I am almost done with Beverly Hills 90210, the last season. I have watched it from the very beginning, thanks to my DVR. I love when Donna and David get back together. :)

I'm thankful for summer nights. I love the smell and how good it feels. I miss sleeping outside like I used to back in the day.

Jaden and Kaylie are having so much fun at their daddy's house in California. I have gotten to talk to them quite a few times on web cam and on the phone. They always say the cutest things and are so excited to tell me all about what they've been doing. Jaden told me that he missed me and I asked him if he is ready to come home and he answered, "No, not yet, I have to eat my chicken pillows first." :o) What a little cutie pie! Daddy is doing a great job with them. They are eating better, doing awesome on potty training, and Kaylie said "bye-bye" to the binkie! Thanks Daddy! Here are some pictures that AJ has emailed me since they've been there. AJ isn't much with words so I don't know a lot about what they do all the time, but I do know that these pictures are stinkin cute and my kids are so happy!

Join in the fun! The more the merrier..

1. My dream vacation would be Hawaii...that may sound boring to some of you, but I have NEVER been there and I want to go there sooooo bad. I want to swim with a dolphin, go to a luau, lay on the beach all day, go whale watching, snorkeling, helicopter ride, waterfalls, etc. etc. etc.!

2. The best trip I've ever taken Orlando, Florida with my mom when I was 17. We went to Disney World and fun water parks and a luau and had sooo much fun. And when I went to Vegas in April with Jamie. We had such a fun time.

3. The most important items to take on a road trip are cell phone and good music!

4. The next trip I'm looking forward to is hopefully Arizona in the next few months. I miss my mama!

5. If I had to pick one CD to listen to for a long road trip it would be Usher!

6. The biggest disaster I've ever encountered while traveling was forgetting to pack my 2 nice bras and only having a sports bra! LOL

7. My favorite traveling memory is when I was in San Diego with my mom and sister in the hotel room being silly and singing songs along with my disc man. We always have so much fun traveling together. Good times! Oh and choir tour back in high school with friends. That was a lot of fun!

The life of a bachelorette...

I have really felt like a bachelorette the past few weeks. I say this because I haven't had my kids for the past couple of weeks. They are in California with their daddy having a blast. I work and play and that's all I do lately. Jamie and I have gotten to spend pretty much everyday together which has been so much fun. We've really enjoyed our time together, just the two of us. Trust me when I say this though, I MISS MY BABIES!!!! It's bitter sweet because I am enjoying a much needed break, but I also miss them soooo much. I've been talking to them on webcam and that has been a lot of fun. Jaden always tells me that he misses me and that melts my heart. Hearing Kiki say "love you" is the best! I love my babies so much. I'm thankful that they have a good daddy that likes to play with them and do fun things.
