Guess who got drafted?

"For the first pick in the 2029 NFL draft, the Dallas Cowboys select Jaden James from Brigham Young University."

I know, I know I'm a little bit ahead of myself, but a mom can dream, right? My mom bought Jaden his first football jersey, even better his first Dallas Cowboys jersey. Jaden is representing the fabulous #9, Tony Romo, or as Jaden's dad likes to call him, Romeo. :0)

Cowboys 41 - Eagles 37

GOOOOOOOOOOO COWBOYS! Pretty much the best game ever tonight! Talk about hair pulling, nail biting, screaming, jumping up and down, swearing, and sweating! This game was an intense one, neck and neck the whole time. Cowboys had a few big moments of choking but we came back to kick some bootay!!!

As always couldn't have done it without the fabulous #9!

My babygirl is 5 months old!

Again, time has flown by! I love that Kaylie is growing up so fast. Unlike most women, I have never been a newborn lover. I love the age Kaylie is at now and can't wait until she can sit up, crawl, walk, talk and so on. She is just so much fun! I love her little personality. I love all her big smiles and giggles. I love the look in her eye when she is trying so hard to crawl or sit up, the look of determination. I love to see Jaden and her interact with each other. Kaylie loves to pull his hair and giggle, Jaden even likes it! She loves to watch her big brother run around and be silly. She's always laughing or smiling at him. It's so cute. I love having them so close together, they are going to be the best of friends! :)

p.s. GO COUGARS!!!!!

Jaden and his daddy

These are pictures I will cherish forever. I really hope that Jaden and Kaylie will get to know their daddy. I am so grateful that I got the 2 most precious things in my life because of AJ. Some of you know that I have been struggling the past week with doing the right thing for myself and for my children. I don't want to get into it, but I just wanted to publicly say how much I do care about AJ and think the world of him. I believe in him and know that he will get back on his feet and do what's best for his precious children, or as he likes to call them "mini-me's". They both look so much like him and already have some of his personality traits. :)

2008 VMA Awards!

I am sooooooo excited that my girl Britney is back! Most of you know that I love Britney Spears. I have been a fan of hers since her Mickey Mouse Club days. Tonight she stole the show at the MTV Video Music Awards. She won not one, not two, but THREE awards - Best female video, best pop video, and VIDEO of THE YEAR. She looked absolutely gorgeous!

I'm happy for her, and glad she is doing better!

As for another former MMC member, Christina Aguilera sang her new song "Keeps Getting Better." She did awesome! I love the song!
It was a great night at the VMA's! =)

BaBy AsTroLoGiCaL pRoFiLe

I found this website when I was pregnant with Jaden that told me about his zodiac sign and what kind of baby he'd be. Here is the link to check your kids' and see if it is accurate. http://www.babiesonline.com/horoscope/

Jaden - Gemini baby
Eager to get going, this baby probably kicked up a storm in the womb! (and that he did!) The Gemini baby is likely to be talking early and making a mark from day one. Curious and quite the explorer, (he is definitely curious and in tune with what's going on around him and other's feelings.) this tot is one who needs lots of stimuli in order to be happy, as they are easily bored. Since those communication skills are top-notch, the smart thing to do with this baby is bring them into a play group as soon as possible. At home, siblings could easily fill this function, as someone must! It's never too early for the Gemini baby to interact with others, and they will also learn their lessons early on. The Gemini tot is definitely not clingy. (I would say he is pretty clingy to me though, he loves his mama!) Quite the contrary, this is one baby who is happy to march to their own drummer, gallivanting about and being amused in the process. Surprisingly, when this baby is not engaged, chatting or playing with others, there could be a certain emotional detachment. For that reason, it's best to keep things uncomplicated and easy for them to understand, the better to maintain harmony. To sum up, the Gemini baby is the Great Communicator of the play group, has a short attention span so keep 'em busy!, and is one clever and creative tot. (Jaden is sooo creative, I love to watch him think of new things to do. I love how he pretends and copies what I am doing. He is a smart little guy!)

Kaylie - Aries baby
The Rambo of the play group has arrived! With an Aries baby around, you can expect lots of action and activity in your midst. Don't expect this tot to sit still with a rattle -- it just won't happen. (That's for sure! She doesn't sit still for very long. She just wants to move, move, move!) The Aries baby is one who makes a lot of noise and will definitely be heard. (That is why I call her my little drama queen. When she wants something she will make herself be heard!) There's really no choice! As a Fire sign, the little Ram will be dynamic and always up to something. Will this be a tough baby to deal with? More than likely. (I don't like to say that Kaylie is tough to deal with. She is a great baby, but just a little high maintenance and that's ok with me because she is so darn cute!) To that end, parents would be wise to show this child how to work with other babies early on. Things such as sharing won't come naturally, they must be learned. Even where siblings are concerned, the Aries child won't be a walk in the park. What the Aries baby may want most of all, however, is attention, so parents be well advised. (Kaylie loves attention. Just a simple smile or look her way will calm her down. She just wants to be paid attention to.) In a play setting, the Aries tot will easily get the attention of others on their own. This baby will also start many things early, (amen to that) the better to get to the finish line, so to speak, in a hurry. To sum up, the Arian baby can be quite independent but enjoys interacting with others. This baby is a fairly physical child and craves constant stimulation. They will be ready from day one!
