Day 8

Short term goals for this month and why...

Make sure to be consistent with my kids and all of the great habits and manners they have. They ask "may I have some more please?" and many other great things they do. I need to stay consistent and be firm with them when I have to be.

Work out!!!! I need to start exercising again soo bad. I've lost a few pounds from my "divorce" diet. ha! But now I need to keep it off and get more toned.

Go to bed earlier so I'm not so tired.

Enjoy life and try not to get too stressed out. :)
